Three Generations of Trusted Legal Service

For over 50 years, Borders & Borders, PLC has remained a family-owned firm dedicated to real estate closings. With David Borders’ sons, John and Harry, joining in the late ‘80s and early ‘90s, and his granddaughter, Margo, coming aboard in 2020, the firm continues to uphold its legacy of excellence. Our team of seven attorneys focuses on making the closing process seamless and stress-free for buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals.

Beyond our legal work, giving back is at the heart of what we do. Borders & Borders, PLC has provided thousands of hours of pro bono services, including closing every Habitat for Humanity of Metro Louisville loan at no charge since the organization’s inception. We also offer free closing services for first-time homebuyers through the Louisville Urban League’s homeownership program and members of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers. Our commitment to both legal expertise and community service has earned us recognition, including the 2007 Governor’s Award.
